What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Passion for building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus.

3. Dispatcher

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in distribution, customer support, or similar operational roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with using distribution and tracking systems, along with strong technical skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
