We are hiring! EFE|Egypt is recruiting a Training Coordinator for its programs to:

- Coordinate implementation of in-house and out-house training programs
- Recruit and manage participants and trainers
- Launch new training programs
- Work closely with the Corporate Outreach Department to asses employer needs, and customize training programs accordingly
- Engage potential partners including NGOs and youth organizations
- Monitor, and include, trainer and participant feedback to improve programs
