Job Description
• Responsible for achieving Residential Properties Sales Targets and expand the high-end Clients and brokers network.
• Approaching new channels to attain potential leads like cold calls
• Advising clients on investment opportunities, market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Provide market appraisals.
• Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
• Attend conventions, seminars, and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Successfully attain listings, negotiate the sale of property to settlement and complete appropriate paperwork.
