*Receives customer orders and coordinate with planning and production departments to reach the proper confirmed timing and communicate it to customer

*Verifies the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met.
*Communicates and Coordinates with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them.
*Develop sales information system including customer data base and keeping it updated and available on time to support decision making process.
