🔹 Introducing a key member of the EGYAD 2026 Organizing Committee:

Dr. Ahmed Galal Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director EBANK (Export Development Bank of Egypt). Galal has 27 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, strategic planning, and leasing finance.

Galal previously served as the Director of the Corporate Banking Department at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (formerly Piraeus), where he managed corporate banking operations and developed strategic banking initiatives.

He also founded and served as the Managing Director, then as the Chairman of ABKE Leasing Company, overseeing its growth and strategic direction. Prior to this, Galal was the Strategic Planning Manager at the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil), where he was responsible for long-term business planning and strategic projects.

Additionally, Galal held the position of Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at the Egyptian American Bank (currently Crédit Agricole), among other roles in various financial institutions.
Ahmed Mohamed Galal holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, a master’s of Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, and a doctorate in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Technology, Science and Maritime Transport.
