𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management.
- 7 - 10 Years of Experience in Planning and Construction Management Field.
- Very Good Command of English is a must.
- Excellent use of Planning software such as Primavera is a must.
- PMP Certified & Power BI experience is preferable.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1-Study Project Scope of Work per the contracts, layouts, BOQ, etc.
2-Participate in the Review and approval of the contractor’s baseline.
3-Participate with other project teams to allocate quantities, cost, and manpower over scheduled activities.

1. Research and identify potential clients within the Engineering Consultation industry.
2. Establishing and managing connections with potential customers.
3. Identify key areas for business growth and present proposals to senior management.
4. Participate in business negotiations for joint ventures, and partnerships.
5. Participate in developing pricing strategies and sales plans.
6. Establish market research to identify new development opportunities.
