Senior Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AVAYA Senior Engineer at TRACK TELECOM located in Giza, Egypt. As an AVAYA Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining AVAYA telecommunication systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, designing and implementing upgrades, and providing technical support. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AVAYA systems with other technology solutions.

Qualifications

-Experience min. 3years.
-Expert knowledge of AVAYA telecommunication systems, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
-Proficient in IP telephony protocols (SIP, H.323) and networking
-Experience in designing and implementing AVAYA system upgrades and integration with other technologies
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
-Relevant AVAYA certifications (e.g., ACSS, ACSE) is a plus
-Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
