Esther was born and then somewhere along the line, her parents died.

Why? Because if her parents could have been there, they could have given Esther to marriage before time.

So because of the purpose, there are the people who needs to leave the picture.

Esther, God saw the problem before you were born. Your gender is because of your assignment.
You are a woman because your assignment needs a female body.

If Esther could have come as a man, she could have missed her purpose.

Okay, there is a difference between destiny and purpose.

Destiny; This is the getting to the destination, while
Purpose; Is the reason why destiny was given.

Before Esther became a Queen, she had two mentors;

i) Mordecai ii) Hegai

So as a young upcoming minister in the body of Christ, you need to have; Mordecai & Hegai in your life for the sake of your purpose in the Kingdom of God.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS!
I would like to talk to the leaders. Not just any leader but in the body of Christ.

If you are a church owner, I mean the main leader....
Has it ever come to your attention to have a talk with the upcoming new leaders in your church?
Or you just receive the list and nothing beyond that cus you trusted the onse under you?

Now this is what you may not know;

Some of your people who you trusted so much and also you put at the front seat, are the same, same ones who are killing the ministries of the new upcoming leaders by discouraging them by all ways.

If you can take your time to sit with them trying to find out if there is any challenge they're facing, man of God, you can be shocked.
I know some of YOU are seeing this post, kindly find out and help the young leaders.

And to the leaders who are already there, don't look down on any upcoming ones just because you are ahead of them, that's a very f**lish mindset.
Don't just talk to them anyhow, cus you think you've reached.

In fact by the time an altar call is being conducted,
You should also join the new converts to get salvation a fresh.

Leaders, you should check both internally and outside the real people you put in the front seat some of these people are lions dressed in the sheep form.
