We’ve had a lot of messages regarding TIE Appointments and we are truly trying our best to get appointments but the offices seem to be extremely busy, especially the Alicante office.

So, we will put below some instructions to navigate the Cita website in case some of you would like to have a go yourself and maybe you’ll have a bit more luck than us.

When on there scroll to the bottom, click access the procedure and then choose your province.

Where it says TRÁMITES POLICÍA NACIONAL in the middle or NATIONAL POLICE PROCEDURES, click the drop down menu and select TOMMA DE HUELLAS or POLICE . FINGERPRINTING (CARD ISSUANCE).

Then click accept, the next screen will ask if you have a Digital Certificate, if you do click the option on the left. If not click continue without certificate with the option on the right.

Enter your details and continue and request an appointment, it will then either give you available appointments or tell you that there are no appointments available.

Your NLV support should not stop at the border.
