Today's special diet plan meals are almost ready to go.
I have done salmon with dill served with brown rice, green beans and spinach.
Lemon and thyme chicken skewers with brown rice with pinta beans with a side of roasted veg.
Fish pie with a sliced potato top served with green beans and roasted Mediterranean veg.
Garlic and herb chicken served with baby potatoes and garlic roast veg.

All are gluten / lacto free, freshly cooked and ready to go to the customer.

Orders must be in on Thursday with an address to deliver to and then I can give you a time for delivery.
