Hey gorgeous ladies, this is an invitation for you all to join me tomorrow at The Embody Class, where we’re embracing that cosy winter energy – slowing down, tuning in, and being properly kind to ourselves.

There’ll be music, movement, and space to shake off the noise of the week. A chance to listen to your body, have a few laughs, and be held by some genuinely lovely listening ears.

We’ll also be working with essential oils – using scent to support reflection, and even creating a personalised smell that helps you anchor this lesson into your body for the future.

It’s not about “doing it right” – it’s about moving how you feel and reconnecting with what’s true for you.

✨Shake. Move. Sound. Soften✨

This class was a space to step out of our heads
and into our bodies.

We explored expressive movement and shaking
to release what had been stored.

We used sound and gentle vocal play
to let things move through.

Then we slowed right down —
resting, meditating, and allowing the nervous system to settle.

🎉We honoured the challenges of the year just passed🎉

Acknowledged everything that had been achieved
(the visible and the unseen).

And offered kindness instead of pressure.

No fixing. No forcing.

Just expression, release, and deep exhale moments.
