2025. The year I stopped caring so much.

Yes I’ll reply but give me a few days.�We missed the reservation? It’s fine, we’ll stay home.�We’re running late because of the kids? It is what it is.�Work disaster? I’ll figure it out. And if I don’t it’s not the end of the world.

Maybe it’s not maturity. Maybe I’m just too tired to live in a constant state of stress and anxiety like I used to. But I kind of love it? Caring less about things that don’t actually matter has given me more energy for the things that do.
