Here are some snippets by , .proko & from the Santa Cruz market in Portugal which is my favourite place for food shopping every time I’m at - be it retreats, surf camps or other always-surprising, ever-changing, mind&heart-expanding weeks. 💚

I choose markets for the quality & freshness ingredients and cherish the relationships with the local vendors whom I learn so much from along the way 🙃

Feeling grateful for those for those grow, for those whose sell, for those who cook, for those who eat, for those who gather all around the table, for those who share 💚 You know who you are 💚
