EurECCA expresses its full and unequivocal solidarity with our member union – Unabhängige Flugbegleiter Organisation e.V. and the cabin crew at Lufthansa and Lufthansa CityLine who are taking strike action.
This industrial action is the result of legitimate demands for:
✈️ A fair, negotiable collective agreement at Lufthansa
🛡️ A proper collective social plan at Lufthansa CityLine
When social dialogue stalls, industrial action becomes the only way for workers to make their voices heard. Cabin crew are asking for fair treatment, stability, and recognition for the safety-critical role they perform every day.
Restructuring and corporate strategies must not come at the expense of cabincrews’ rights or established standards. A strong aviation sector depends on experienced, motivated, and fairly treated cabin crew.
