I love this set of pics with on the spotlight.

She started from scratch and what she can now do with her body honestly makes me happy. She hasn’t always given her 100%, we can’t always be at the very top of our capacity. She has missed some days, life happens. But she hasn’t stopped showing up with a great sense of humor and willingness to do the workout in store for the day. From zero push ups to easily over ten good ones. She can make it close to all the way down in Nordics. Pull up holds, no problem.
