Potassi K19 is thrilled to announce our next exhibition, “Neuron Whispers”, by Per Henrik Adolfsson opening next Thursday December 7th at 19:00, supported by artisan wine club and distributor

Swedish born, Barcelona based artist Per Henrik Adolfsson, whose work has been described as "melancholic surrealism" or "haunted nostalgia", regularly plays with light and dark as an ever-present focal point and correlation.

With his latest exhibition, "Neuron Whispers", he tears into the human psyche. Primarily using charcoal and pastels, he illustrates imaginary and abstract, almost otherworldly mindscapes suggestively as seen through a microscopic lens. Adolfsson takes us on a psychedelic journey through the complex machinery and strange terrains of the brain and all its unpredictable behaviour: 86 billion neurons in a constant orchestration, sometimes in perfect harmony and other times verging on chaos.
