A few weeks ago, Equito won the 2nd position at The Proptech Forum Startup! It was one of the biggest event happening in Barcelona in 2022. 11 start-ups were selected, and Equito was elected 2nd best start-up. Thank you and for organizing this event Congratulations to all the other start-ups that participated in the pitch competition!
Tips for easy real estate investing:
1. Work with several agencies
Working with multiple agencies and communicating this openly provides healthy competition. It supports your willingness to buy and each agency will work hard to make sure you don't sign with the competition. This will give you more properties to compare.
2. Test the market
