Today, LIVERATION is taking part in the 13th Conference of the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation in Spain, organised by CDTI alongside the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, the European Commission and Acció.

We are sharing the progress of our clinical trial with the European research and innovation community, through the poster exhibition for projects funded by Horizon Europe.

David Alcántara is representing the project at this event, held at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya.

Today at Beaujon Hospital in Paris — the 3rd LIVERATION patient at this centre.

Behind every procedure, there's a team: Jean Philippe Guillon (left - Gamida delegate, French distributor), Carlos Fuste (middle - project manager) and Fernando Burdio (right - one of the principal investigators).

Today the LIVERATION clinical trial reaches an important milestone: 300 patients randomised.

But behind that number is something no dataset fully captures.

A patient who travelled two hours to reach the clinical site. A surgeon who completed the protocol at 11pm. Ethics committees across several countries who believed this was worth doing.

Their participation is what makes this research possible. For them, and for those who will come after.
