Get to know Keith, one of our Team Leaders who joined CC in 2008, below he tells us a bit about his career path and shares some of his inspirational thoughts:

“I had always been interested in IT since school (many years ago 😊). When I saw the job offer for First Line Analyst at Computacenter, I didn’t hesitate in applying. I learned a lot working as a FLA, I remember when I started taking my first calls on my own and trying to help as quickly as possible! I have also worked as a L1 Admin and Senior Analyst and then I got accepted onto the first Team Leader Talent Program, which was a great achievement and have been a Team Leader for 5 years now. My biggest learning has been listening to people and take on board what they say and then being able to help them.
Here in CC I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people from all over the world! What I love the most about working here is the diversity of people you meet and work with, CC is a great place to work, great people. Must be something good as have been here for 13 years now.” 😉

He shares with us his success story in CC family below:

I joined CC in 2009, at the time a friend of mine recommended me for a First Line Analyst position. In 2012 I became a Senior Analyst and after 2 years I participated in a leadership talent program and became a Team Leader. Earlier this year I was promoted to a new role as Business Operation Manager and am enjoying my new challenges and responsibilities. What I like the most about working in CC is the company’s working culture, where people really matter. I have great memories of the High Performers celebration in 2019, a really memorable experience!
I have always been motivated by my colleagues and the career opportunities within Computacenter.
