Just a quick reminder that The Society for Archaeological Sciences has organized and is co-sponsoring two symposiums at The Great Scientific Exchange (SciX) in Palm Springs, CA next month. The preliminary program for SciX just came out this week and is attached. The SAS sessions are both on Monday, October 14th and are listed in the program under the codes "19SPECIAL03" and "19SPECIAL04". Our speakers this year include, in order of appearance, Richard Hark, Antonio Candeias, Ana Teresa Caldeira, Andrew Zipkin, Xiao Ma, Cassandra (Beth) Scaffidi, Adam Joshua White, and Rebecca Gerdes. The symposiums will be co-chaired by Mary Kate Donais and I.
