It's the gentle touch, the whispered word,
A sentiment so profound, yet often unheard.

Resilience:
Resilience, a quiet strength within,
A dance with shadows, a will to begin.
It's the rising sun after the darkest night,
A spirit unbroken, embracing the light.

Trauma:
Trauma, a storm that leaves its mark,
A shadow cast, a journey through the dark.
Yet in its wake, resilience may find,
A strength to heal, a spirit realigned.
