2107_The Farm

Near the Montseny, in Barcelona, a former poultry is transformed into a house for a family of four. The interest of the family is to benefit from the open space and green in close contact with nature.
Modifications of the infrastructure were limited by regulations and therefore façade openings and structure were not able to be modified. However, the original organization of the façades and the inside open space made possible the adaptation.

Amid a real estate downturn, our client spotted promise in a neglected property and teamed up with us at LoCa Studio to transform it into a versatile, refined home.
By opening up a narrow corridor into an inviting kitchen and living area, we created a dynamic flow: tranquil private spaces face the shaded side, while vibrant, sunlit rooms overlook the street. With his construction expertise enhancing our design, the result was so stunning he decided to make it his own!
