People see the growth.
They see the locations.
They see the followers.
What they don’t see is the pressure. The doubt. The daily hustle.
In this conversation, Matt got honest about what this season really revealed. Not just about business, but about resilience. About thicker skin. About realizing your mind is stronger than you give it credit for.
You will be judged if you do it wrong.
You will be judged if you do it right.
So the question becomes… what did this season reveal about you?

In the latest episode of BizNinja Entrepreneur Radio, I sat down with Matt Thomas and we talked about a mindset shift every entrepreneur needs to hear.
In business, every situation, good, bad, or ugly, has a silver lining. The real question is not “Why did this happen to me?”
It is 👉 “What can I learn from this?”
The most successful entrepreneurs do not avoid failure. They study it.
They ask:
• How did I get here?
• What red flags did I ignore?
• What will I do differently next time?
Because real growth does not come from comfort.
It comes from struggle, pressure, and pushing through fear.
That is where resilience is built. That is where better decisions are made. That is where leaders are formed.

Don’t wait.
Not for others to give you permission…
Not for the perfect moment…
Not for anything.
Living the life of your dreams start with a simple choice;
That from this day forward every day is a gift that you get to open in the way you want.
You’re the main character in your life.
Act accordingly.
What got you here, won’t get you there.
Always loved this quote and idea that we have to continue growing and expanding if we want to reach greater destinations.
One of the biggest lessons corporate America teaches, especially at places like Deloitte, is how to think.
You are trained to be a generalist.
To walk into problems you have never seen before.
To break them down, ask better questions, and work your way toward a solution.
That skill translates directly into entrepreneurship.
You do not need to know how to do everything before you start.
You do not need to feel qualified.
You need to know how to approach a problem, learn quickly, and figure it out.
That shift changes everything.
The new episode of BizNinja Entrepreneur Radio is live. I sit down with Mark Stern to talk about thinking like an operator, building real leverage, and what actually moves the needle.

Entrepreneurship is the highest highs and the lowest lows and everything in between.
In this new episode of BizNinja Entrepreneur Radio, I sit down with Garrett Dunham to talk about what actually creates long-term success in business. Not tactics. Not hacks. Real connection.
We get into why your first hundred relationships matter, how focusing on helping others creates unexpected opportunities, and why depth always beats volume when it comes to networking.
If you’re building something and want to play the long game, this conversation is for you.

One of the biggest struggles I see with entrepreneurs isn’t strategy or skill. It’s the narrative running in their head.
Whose opinion is driving it?
Who actually gets a vote?
In this Season 16 conversation, I sit down with Jermaine Ee, founder of HeirLight, to talk about self-awareness, imposter syndrome, and why clarity starts with knowing whose voice really matters. Especially in a world where wins and losses are both public and loud.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, second-guessed yourself, or wondered if you’re doing enough, this episode will hit home.
Season 16 of BizNinja Entrepreneur Radio is officially live.
