People talk a loooootabout the downside of visibility online and how it’s negatively impacted them.

But not enough people talk about the positive side of being visible.

Yesterday, after I posted online, someone reached out and asked me about my “process” when it comes to filming, editing, and posting videos.

Tbh… I don’t really have one (which is exactly what I told them).

I like creating content off the cuff.

I’ve built out content calendars and scheduled posts for clients before, but for me personally, I like to keep content creation simple.

Everything I create usually comes from something I’m currently experiencing, which makes it feel more natural and easier for me to talk about.

But this also means more edits… and a lot more refining my message so it actually makes sense because I’m basically riffing when I create content.

I had already deleted the outtakes, but luckily they were still in my deleted folder, so I sent screenshots of them.

When this person saw them, they were shocked because they said my videos always seem so seamless. Imagine!!! Lol 😂

They told me it was refreshing to see because they thought I had some perfect system in place.

Then they shared some personal things they’re trying to overcome when it comes to creating content (especially face-to-camera videos) and said this inspired them to create more. 🥹

Social media can be a wild place sometimes and a little unhinged (depending on what side of the internet you end up on lol 🙈🫣) but messages like this remind me why it’s so important to be visible.

You really never know who you’re inspiring just by showing up as yourself.

So go create the content! 💋
