(👇🇺🇸) Durante mucho tiempo pensé que la respuesta era seguir adelante, hacer más y mantenerme ocupada.

Mi práctica diaria de conectar con la Madre Tierra me recuerda que estoy sostenida. Me ayuda a confiar en mí, confiar en Dios y permanecer presente mientras observo y comprendo lo que siento.

Las emociones no son un problema que resolver.
Son una guía para volver a nosotros mismos.

Learning to pause and feel my emotions changed my relationship with myself.

For a long time, I believed the answer was to keep moving forward, do more, and stay busy. Today, I understand that some of life's greatest lessons arrived when I stopped long enough to listen.

My daily practice of connecting with Mother Earth reminds me that I am supported. It helps me trust myself, trust God, and stay present as I observe and understand what I feel.

Emotions are not a problem to solve.
They are a guide leading us back to ourselves.
