Come ON Biomedical is joining Wellness Rave 3.

We are proud to welcome to the Recovery Zone at Wellness Rave 3.

Recovery is not just rest. It is understanding what your body is actually doing and giving it exactly what it needs.

Come ON Biomedical is a Barcelona-born biomedical company, part of Barcelona Sports Hub and developed in collaboration with INEFC and leading hospitals in the city. Their work makes personalised muscle recovery measurable, safe and effective.

At Wellness Rave 3, their biomedical engineer will be running live 1-on-1 sessions in the Recovery Zone. In 15 minutes, you will get a real physiological assessment using biomedical sensors, a personalised neuro-muscular insight and a recovery protocol tailored to your body on the spot.

Not a talk. Not a class. A real protocol, applied to you.

Heaven Massage Barcelona is joining Wellness Rave 3.

We are proud to announce as our official partner for Wellness Rave 3.

A full day of movement, dance and training asks a lot from your body. That is why we partnered with Heaven Massage Barcelona. Founded by American masseuse Carrie Lewis and built around a team of hand-selected, highly trained therapists, Heaven has been helping Barcelona locals and visitors release tension, relieve pain and feel truly at home in their bodies.

Their approach goes beyond relaxation. Using deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and guided meditation, Heaven’s therapists identify how stress and tension live in your body and go in deep to set it free.

At Wellness Rave 3, Heaven will be on the ground offering expert massage sessions throughout the day. Because the way you recover is just as important as the way you move.

A 5K run from Carrer de la Marina, next to the casino, all the way to SEASEACLUB. Open to every Wellness Rave ticket holder, no extra cost. Just show up, run, and arrive at the festival warmed up, energized and ready for the day ahead.

Here’s the challenge:

1. Join the Strava Challenge before Sunday
2. Complete the 5K with us on the morning of June 14
