Through the TEAM project, young people will take part in sports-based employability events using basketball, football and volleyball as tools for learning, connection and growth.

Each sport helps participants practise important skills for life and work:
🏀 Basketball – leadership & quick decision-making
⚽ Football – team coordination & problem-solving
🏐 Volleyball – communication & trust-building

Because every pass, every decision and every team effort can build skills that go beyond the game.
