- Assist in planning and creating short and long-form video content (YouTube - Facebook - Instagram - TikTok).
- Perform a full range of editing work from splicing to audio balancing to color correction and color grading.
- Process and edit movie cuts smoothly with few revisions required.
- Ability to handle all aspects of pre-production and post-production work.
- Manage all phases of video production, including professional-quality audio capture, editing, distribution, and archiving.
- Ability to adapt existing content to be fit for purpose on social media platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.

:
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Strong experience with digital technology and editing software packages (After Effect - Premiere Pro - blender - DaVinci - Canva).
- Skilled at incorporating the right music, dialogues, text, graphics and effects.
- Strong media research skills, adept at using advanced searches.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and organize video files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored properly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and support to other team members who may be involved in video production, such as designers, cameramen and actors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of drone piloting is a plus.

Administration:
- Assist in operational tasks of video editing.
- Maintain project files and provide continuous communication to the management team regarding ongoing project status.
- Complete projects successfully, either independently or as a team member.
