Thank you for another encouraging Omstille feedback 🙏✨
“After going through some very rough months with drastic change, I was feeling very disconnected from myself. Both my mind and body were in constant stress. Trying to deal with the physical exhaustion can sometimes feel like a more practical task. Although, the emotional exhaustion was for me very complicated to overcome. They’re certainly no clear steps to feeling better, to start getting in touch with oneself again. For every person, a whole different process. During my healing process of reconnecting I had the opportunity to take a music therapy session with Omstille . I didn’t know what to expect but I was so positively inspired and surprised by the power of it. At the beginning of the sesion I set some intentions and based on that Peter chose a specific musical journey for me. The one he chose was exactly what I needed. I was able to disconnect completely from this physical world, getting into a state of full and profound peace. Like floating, no body just soul. Being present in recognizing and getting in touch with each feeling that I was experiencing through the guidance of the music. It was a truly regenerating journey that I would recommend to anyone in their processes and as a healing tool in life.
Thank you so much Peter, I’m forever grateful.” Clara

But if feelings are internal signals, why do we share them with others?
To lower stress levels (ours and others'), practice cognitive reframing instead of venting - SharpBrains We all get upset from time to time—some of us more than others. Whether we’re sad about the loss of a loved one, angry at friends or family, or fearful about the state of the world, it often feels good to let it all out. That’s because sharing our emotions reduces our stress while...
