Nous avons accompagné GLP France dans la mission d’Assistance à Maitrise d’Ouvrage pour leur nouvelle plateforme logistique🏗, GLP Magna Park Arras 3. D’une surface de 50 000 m², ce projet d’envergure est situé à Athies (62), sur la zone de l’Actiparc.📍

L’entrepôt se compose de 5 cellules de stockage 📐(entre 8900 et 9921 m² pour chaque cellule) et deux 2 plots de bureaux en R+1.

Nous tenons à remercier GLP France de nous avoir confié cette mission, menée par notre collaborateur Abdessamad HADADI, et à féliciter QUARTUS Logistique en tant que Promoteur en charge de la construction ainsi que l'ensemble des intervenants et entreprises qui ont contribué à l'accomplissement de ce bâtiment.
