RJH Estates was founded in 2017 by Richard Harris, who gained vast experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Agents sector on the Costa Del Sol since moving to Spain in early December of 2003. Richard has worked for various Real Estate Agents for over 15 years since he made Spain his permanent home, and found many happy clients the house of their dreams, sharing his own personal experiences and stories along the way.

The company was born out of the need for flexibility and change. Richard realized very quickly that clients needs are paramount. The only way to ensure that those needs were met and given his full and undivided attention meant he had to branch out and go it alone. Attention to detail is key in the Real Estate Industry. Especially where competition is fierce! The only way to succeed is to “Go the extra mile…” and that is where Richard excels.
