🇬🇧 Renewing your TIE under the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement 🇪🇸

If you are a British citizen living in Spain with a TIE issued before 1 January 2021, your 5-year card may now be due for renewal — the step that upgrades you to permanent residency with a 10-year card.

⏳ You must wait until your TIE has expired to apply, but you have 90 days after expiry to complete the process.
📄 Main documents include: valid passport, current TIE, updated Padrón (issued within 3 months), TIE-size photo on a white background, proof of fee payment, and application form.
