I know! Digestion is a word that comes up a lot nowadays. From my experience there is a significant amount of talking about it but in a very disjointed and unsatisfactory way, leaving most of you completely confused. I would like to create a bigger picture of understanding our physiology using common sense supported by science and share it with you. There is no healthy body without healthy digestion, full stop! Restoring digestive strength and absorption of nutrients could be an easy solution for alleviating most of our health issues and redirecting us towards healthier and filled with intent life.

I am back in Ireland and teaching "digest your way to health" workshop on the 26th July

During this workshop I will make you understand digestion so you will never feel confused again. I will give you simple solutions to how to adjust your daily habits that with time will transform your digestive health and at last, I will show you how to prepare a couple of digestive tonics that are easy to prepare and powerful in action, so you can take charge of your own health.
