It's been half a year since my last performance, and I got rusty! So I dug out some training videos I used to make during the lockdown for my students, so that they can exercise at home to get my trainings going again - because if I can't motivate myself, nobody can! 😁

And I realised some things that escaped me before:
1) I was doing some quality classes! I was very hard on myself when making those and now I look at them and yes, I like this teacher! I enjoy the exercises, the energy, the overall personality... I've gotten smaller at some point. Maybe I shouldn't have 😊
2) I was fit as hecc! 💪 And I did not realise it!
3) I want to go back to training with people

My first legit solo, 8 years ago! At the time I was dancing in 2 dance groups: for a few years with and I was just starting my adventure with FCBD at - while also working full time, doing additional translation jobs and acting in 🫨 How did I find the time and energy? Who knows! But I really enjoyed it and am refusing to accept that it's in the past 😉
