Most "green buildings" never pass Level 2.

Solar panels on the roof.
Better materials in the walls.
That's where most projects stop.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg.

The real work happens below the surface.

Level 1 — Solar panels.
A good start. But clean energy alone does not make your building green.

Level 2 — Better materials.
Wood, stone, clay, etc - These materials make less CO2. Great for the planet, but they don't make your building work better.

Level 3 — Catch the rain.
The roof becomes your water supply. Stop relying on city water. Make your own. Your building gets stronger and safer.

Level 4 — Heat and cool naturally.
Natural heating and cooling is an old art. We forgot it. Design with passive design, thermal mass, and micro climates. A well-designed building can use up to 80% less energy. And stay comfortable.

Level 5 — Use water four times.
Sending water down the drain is a waste. Clean it with plants instead. Use it again and again. Cut your water use by up to 70%.

Level 6 — Grow food.
Don't depend on the supermarket. Grow your own food in built-in greenhouses. They also make your building more comfortable.

Level 7 — Restore the ecosystem.
At this level, your building gives back more than it takes. Now it has a real role on this planet.

To sum it for you:
At Level 1, a building consumes less.
At Level 7, it gives back.

For the past 15 years at Biotonomy, we've built levels 3 to 7 into real hotels, offices, and homes.

So here's my question:

Would you like to learn how to reach Level 7?
If yes, comment "Academy" below. I'll show you how to start.

Biotonomy — Nature Based Architecture

Every big problem we face comes from one thing.

From pollution to the heat trapped in our cities.
Even how alone and divided people feel today.

They all come back to the same thing:
We lost touch with the natural system.

And nature is the one thing our bodies were made for.

We built a world that works against us, not for us.

But fixing it isn't hard. It starts with something simple —
Places where people see a bit of nature every day.

When we understand how the natural system works:
◾ We stop destroying the thing that keeps us alive.
◾ We fight less over land, water, and what's left of it.
◾ We build cities that give back, instead of only taking.

Even small daily moments with nature change how we think, feel, and treat each other.
Nature makes us better people. And better people build a better world.

That's the real work: bring nature back to our cities — and raise kids who respect it enough to protect it.

For 15 years, that's what we've done at Biotonomy . Real nature, living inside real buildings and cities.
Not as decoration — but the way it should have been built all along.

If you feel this too, we made a place to go deeper.
Comment "Academy" and we'll send it to you.

Biotonomy — Nature Based Architecture

If you don't understand nature, you don't understand architecture.

Our founder, Moein Nodehi , learned that the hard way.

For years, he helped build some of the biggest projects in the world.

He thought that's where the smartest ideas were. The tallest towers. The biggest budgets. He wanted in.

Then he got close enough to see the truth.

The waste. The damage. The unfairness.
Everything the industry pulled out of the earth and never gave back.

They were just building shapes. And calling it progress.

That was the day he walked away from conventional construction.

Fifteen years of building green buildings later, here's what we've learned:

The job of architecture isn't to design a shape.
It's to design a relationship.

With the sun. The wind. The rain. The earth.

A building doesn't sit on top of nature.
It lives inside it.

Once you see that, you can't unsee it.

And we want more designers and builders to see it too.

So we took everything we've learned in those 15 years and built an Academy around it.

It teaches you how to design buildings that live inside nature — that stay cool, clean their own water, and breathe on their own. Real projects. Real methods. Not theory.

If you're ready to change how you see what a building can be, that's where it starts.

Comment "Academy" and we'll show you how.
