Happy Saturday 👯 NEXT WEEK we are back!

Small timetable changes have happened over the break as we adapt to winter season & instructor availability. Monday morning is now an energising Pilates class to start the week strong, and Monday evening Barre is currently on pause while has maternity leave & will resume in February 👏 We introduce Slow Flow Yoga on Tuesday mornings with a perfect combination of mindful vinyasa and finishing with restorative yin. Yin Yoga is now slightly earlier at 18:30 & Saturday morning Yoga is replacing Barre Sculpt for this month.

Thank you to all our beautiful class members for understanding and always adapting with us. Change is sometimes necessary & the true practice is managing the changes gracefully. Speaking of change, keep an eye out for an exciting addition to the monthly membership option, giving you more opportunities than ever to get on your mat! 🤍

It’s almost that time of year 🎄 which means it’s been over 2 years of our studio classes running! 2 years of Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes in English in this beautiful little cave studio 🕯️
