Benvinguts a Can Quitu.
Comencem el curs amb molta il·lusió i moltes ganes d’explicar-vos les últimes obres que hem acabat.

A Can Quitu hem fet la reforma integral d’un habitatge antic del barri vell de Tossa de Mar per adaptar-lo a les necessitats dels seus nous habitants.

El disseny s'ha realitzat conjuntament amb Jose Martín de Plan Arquitecto, qui també ha assumit la Direcció d'Execució d'Obres.

En Can Quitu hemos hecho la reforma integral de una antigua vivienda del barrio viejo de Tossa de Mar para adaptarlo a las necesidades de sus nuevos habitantes.

_Projecte p*s amb porxo. Estem convençuts que valorar els espais existents i millorar les seves condicions per als nous usos és la manera més sostenible i eficient d’encarar el futur!
En aquest projecte vam transformar un garatge fosc en un nou i lluminós habitatge en planta baixa, amb accés directe al porxo i al jardí! Vam enderrocar part de la façana per obrir noves obertures, deixant passar la llum natural a l’interior del nou habitatge.

Hem treballat en col.laboració amb
_Apartment with porch project. We are convinced that sustainability and efficiency goals are best met if we start recognising the value of existing spaces and improving their conditions!
We transform a dark garage into a brand-new, light-filled apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the existing porch and garden. We demolish part of the façade to allow for new openings bringing natural light into the new home.

¡Estamos convencidos de que valorar los espacios existentes y mejorar sus condiciones para los nuevos usos es la manera más sostenible y eficiente de encarar el futuro!
En este proyecto transformamos un garaje oscuro en una nueva y luminosa vivienda en planta baja, con acceso directo al porche y el jardín! Derribamos parte de la fachada para abrir nuevas aperturas, dejando pasar la luz natural en el interior de la nueva vivienda.

_Ja hem acabat les obres de reforma del nou local de , el coworking cooperatiu al Barri Vell de Girona, amb la col·laboració dels arquitectes .palomeras i . Som socis de la cooperativa i treballem des d’aquest espai.
