This demanding event, part of the Andalusian Championship, brought together around 100 athletes in the stunning surroundings of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. The race was organised by Club de Montaña Cerro del Caballo, FADMES and Dúrcal Town Council.

Congratulations to all the winners, and a huge well done to every participant for their determination and effort. We're delighted to support local sporting events across Granada and help promote the values that sport inspires. ✨

Esta exigente prueba del Campeonato de Andalucía reunió a un centenar de atletas en el Parque Natural de Sierra Nevada. La organización de este evento deportivo estuvo al cargo del Club de Montaña Cerro del Caballo, Federación Andaluza de Deportes de Montaña, Escalada y Senderismo -FAM- y Ayuntamiento de Dúrcal.

Queremos dar nuestra enhorabuena a los ganadores y agradecer a cada participante su enorme esfuerzo. Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de apoyar competiciones locales en toda Granada para fomentar el deporte y todos sus valores. ✨

Another People First session done ✅

This time, focused on conflict management, and once again, far from being just a “sit and listen” session. As always, everything was interactive, honest, and very grounded in real situations. We worked through ideas, concerns, different perspectives, and all those situations that can appear naturally when working with people and teams. One of the best parts is that these sessions never stay as isolated workshops. We always leave with more reflections, more tools, and yes… more homework too. 📖✍

Thanks to Alejandro Durán for guiding the session in such a practical and engaging way, and thanks as well Cámara Comercio Granada for providing the space where these sessions take place.

Otra sesión de People First completada ✅

Esta vez, centrada en la gestión de conflictos, y una vez más, muy lejos de ser solo una sesión de “escuchar y ya”. Como siempre, todo fue interactivo, honesto y muy basado en situaciones reales. Trabajamos ideas, inquietudes, diferentes perspectivas y todas esas situaciones que pueden aparecer de forma natural cuando trabajas con personas y equipos. Una de las mejores partes es que estas sesiones nunca se quedan como workshops aislados. Siempre salimos con más reflexiones, más herramientas y sí… más deberes también. 📖✍

Gracias a Alejandro Durán por guiar la sesión de una forma tan práctica y dinámica, y gracias también a Cámara de Comercio por proporcionar el espacio donde tienen lugar estas sesiones.

Last week, we attended the 4th Órbita HR Meeting organised by Círculo Tecnológico de Granada, focused on mental health, wellbeing and neuroscience 🧠🔬

A really valuable space to reflect on today’s workplace challenges and explore how wellbeing and neuroscience can help build healthier, more resilient and higher-performing teams.

Special thanks to Judith Fen for such an insightful session, to Cívica for hosting us in their offices, and to Círculo Tecnológico de Granada for continuing to create spaces that bring people, ideas and learning together.
