Menstruation is a Pathology, Not a Natural Process.
The conclusions of gynecologists are that, primarily and fundamentally, menstruation is a hemorrhage. No authority on earth can successfully argue that a hemorrhage is natural and normal, no matter where in the body it occurs. Hemorrhage is not a sign of health—it is a pathological state that is always harmful and sometimes dangerous. Hemorrhage in the uterus is no more normal than hemorrhage in the brain or lungs. So why haven’t most of us heard about this before?
It is because the lifestyle improvements involved, although simple, are quite a change from most modern women’s living and eating habits. In practice this means that each meal contains more fresh, raw foods than cooked or processed foods; that animal product foods are eliminated altogether, along with salt, sugar, alcohol, refined fats and oils, most condiments, artificial additives, and stimulating beverages. Many people say they “would rather die than give up all that tasty stuff!
*Menstruation is absent in all wild animals except for some primates and rare bat species. However, many overlook the difference in what is expelled in such animals versus women.
In animals, the endometrium (a thin layer of tissue inside the uterus) fully dissolves and is reabsorbed, preventing blood loss.
In primates, it is either reabsorbed or expelled as microscopic mucus.
In women who consume cooked food, the endometrium thickens due to hormonal imbalances and inflammation, leading to heavy bleeding, pain, and cramps, especially if it is fried non-vegan food.
*The time spent on a Fruitarian diet is not as important as its quality, measured by the quantity and composition of the fruits eaten. You could be on a Raw Vegan or Fruitarian diet for 50 years, but if you still have bloody discharge, while another woman who has been on the same diet for just a year no longer has it, that means her body has cleansed itself much more effectively. It’s worth asking such a woman about her fruit choices, eating regimen, food intake, physical activity, and overall lifestyle. For example, a Raw Vegan diet when you mix elements (salads) slows down cleansing 5 times more than being on a Mono Raw Vegan diet (each meal is one type of fruit only).

Is there something in this world that you cannot accept?
I believe that acceptance is an essential step on the path to God. To accept something means to stop resisting and to begin seeing the deep harmony and order behind what happens, even if it is not always apparent. It is a step toward conscious existence, where there is no longer room for division, fear, or suffering.
But what about things that seem unjust or difficult to accept?
The New Testament addresses the important topic of accepting government laws, such as paying taxes: Jesus said, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s” (Matthew 22:21), pointing out that earthly and spiritual order are interconnected.
The apostle Paul also urges: “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God. And those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake. Because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing. Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor” (Romans 13:1).

My love for tropical fruits and the idea of creating a self-sufficient fruit forest seems to have a metaphysical effect on the climate.
