Intimate Conversations with your Subconscious Mind

Healing is never linear or unsophisticated. Trauma usualy wraps itself in a network of memories, beliefs, situations, feelings and qualities (that we like to call a personality) to form the whole of our life experience. In a supported healing process we get to untangle it bit by bit - sometimes we make leaps, sometimes little steos, sometimes we have to backwards to move forward. But as long as there is consistent movement and honest work, we'll get there!

We will explore the connection between your body and your subconscious mind, and through intuitive questions and powerful visualisations you will be guided to the depths of your Unconscious to identify areas that need healing. I will support you every step of the way as you make contact with your Inner Child, receive messages from your Guides and draw from your Wisdom to improve the quality of your life and relationships.

Each session is about 1h30m but please book off 2 hours of your time to accommodate the additional exercises that you may wish to take part in post-session.
