[CASE STUDY] Here is how inbox of my partners looks like... leads being delivered on a daily basis...Qualified leads with correct, phone numbers, emails, time to call, etc..
This saves time for our sales team and it makes sure that leads are contacted at the time they want meaning, connectivity rate is much higher.
As you can see there is not many leads there yet almost we connect with almost all of them.
At the moment, we are waiting for last numbers to come in but we are looking at 10% closing rate - 1 in 10 leads buys something :)

How many leads you need to get one sale? Some people work on number of 100 leads. To me this is waste of your time, money and resources. Here is why:
You should only work on the number of qualified leads.
Then you need a lot less leads which:
a) save your time to follow up with them...
b) saves advertising budget...
c) more people ready to buy...
Here are two quick examples of the kind of results you can get with qualified leads:
1) 38 leads - 30 people contacted (rest to contacted this week), 8 property viewings, 1 contract signed (more to be signed because 7 viewings didn't happen because they were in lockdown), 80% contact/response rate
2) 17 leads - 13 people contacted, 2 very hot leads, wanting to buy property, 80% contact/response rate

Doing things and getting them done in the 'wrong' way is more important than inaction.
I'd rather see you 'fail' than do nothing.
Every 'failure' carries a learning lesson, and you will learn when you make mistakes.
At the same time - this is the way to go forward, this is the way to get results.
Also, there is no failure...
This is the stupidest word in vocabulary.
How can you fail at something if you don't really know how it's done in the first place?
There are only errors!
If you do something and if it doesn't work - that's not a failure, that's an error.
And error can be corrected.
Rather do your ads and get no result, then not do them at all.
This business is all about eliminating what is not working and figuring that out early in the process is the key.
My mentor told me "Damir, if you'd spend $50,000 on the campaign and you make no money - that was still a very successful campaign. Why? Because you have all this data and you know what works and what not...."
Do ads, get results - do remember, results are not just leads, there are clicks, impressions, engagements, etc...
ALL of this gives you a direction and data to make better decisions in future.
For example, I'm working with a client, and she is not getting leads, which is frustrating.
So we changed the strategy to something more general.
If that doesn't work then we know it's a market problem, not her offer aka properties.
And then again we are changing the strategy until we find what works (we did already and it's in the testing phase to confirm the theory)
So, on the end we did find what works :)
Same with you, get out there, make errors/corrections and you'll get those leads much faster than you think :)
