One more edition to our portfolio and this time it's another Es Pouet. We're calling this Es Pouet 4 as it's got four bedrooms. The large utility space with the drop down bed has been cleverly converted into a fourth bedroom with its own en-suite shower. It's now available for a minimum one month's rent. It seems that all property adverts on Airbnb now require a licence. At present existing listings are still live though that may change any time soon. That means that this website and our social media will now become the only way to contact us if you require a monthly rental in Ibiza. It’s for that reason we intend to put a lot more time and effort into this website. As well as lots of information on our amazing apartments and villas you can expect a few videos from me, your host Mitch, as I take a look at some of the many interesting things about life in Ibiza.

We have a front-line Es Pouet apartment which is exclusive to us. In our opinion it’s probably the best one available for the season. You can either rent it from May 1st to November 1st or for 11 months. For more details please personal message us for a PDF with rental rates. Collaborations welcome.
