We invite you to join Débora Mesa at ETH Zürich for her upcoming Inaugural Lecture. The presentation titled - 'Making Space for Experimentation' positions experimentation as a primary mode of architectural knowledge production, articulated through iterative thinking through making, where hands-on experience becomes a core epistemic driver. It frames built work not as a final product but as an operative moment within extended research processes, in which architectural intelligence grows. The lecture reflects on how architectural practice and education can create the conceptual and spatial conditions necessary to sustain experimentation and inquiry.
The event is part of the public program for the Spring Semester 2026 and will be held on February 18, at 5:15 PM, at HG’s AudiMax of ETH Zürich. It will also be accessible via a live broadcast for those joining remotely, at the following link - https://event.swisscom.ch/v/eth-live-1

We are pleased to participate in the upcoming exhibition "Levers Long Enough" opening at Pratt Institute.
The exhibition brings together a series of architectural experiments through sketches to explore how specific design interventions can act as catalysts for broader change. Our contribution is featured alongside a diverse group of practitioners, looking at how architecture can shift our perspective on the built environment
You can join the opening reception and explore the collection of works on February 4, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Higgins Hall Gallery and North Gallery, 61 St. James Place, Brooklyn, NY.

We are happy to be featured on Classics of the Future, a platform that curates a selection of contemporary works and the artists/practices behind them.
The feature organizes our work into a digital archive that mirrors our own process, categorizing projects by their structural logic and their relationship to the land. From our early works like the Truffle, the Structures of Landscape, and more recently the excavated spaces of Can Terra to our modular and prefabricated systems, the website offers a clear look at how our different research lines evolve. It is a great opportunity to see our work grouped by the ideas that drive us, highlighting a shared focus on building with raw materials and the earth.
