Varlion Archives: The LW Carbon era.

In 1999 we moved production to Spain, introduced 3D design, and raised quality with more advanced manufacturing. In the same year, we launched Lethal Weapon Carbon—the world’s first paddle with carbon fibre in the plane.

Bourne Summum Carbon Black. A power racket for intermediate players who want to make a quality leap in their game.

Bourne Summum Carbon Black is made with a bidirectional carbon tubular. The core is made of SOFT EVA rubber of medium hardness, and is laminated with layers of 7 Rhombus (12K) carbon fiber fabric and fiberglass, and reinforced with carbon fiber. All fabrics are impregnated with Varlion’s exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin and coated with a layer of titanium dioxide.
