It is so important to adjust your practice to your needs. I’m a huge inversion lover but sometime my body and mind screams for another focus.
Since I got Covid-19 the last month I started to feel an uncomfortable feeling during my inhalations focused in the right side of my chest and ribs. I’m not 100% sure if this sensation is related to this virus, But it is what my Dr thinks, anyone else is having the same issues?
I’m waiting for more tests but I'm sure I'll completely recover soon 💪🏼.
So I've been taking a bit slowly these days with my still enjoying my 1:1 beginners classes through Zoom but developing kindness first at myself and moving slowly.
Adapt your routine to fit your physical and mental needs, in this flow you can see that I’ve changed some asanas according to my left and right side as instead of just listening, adapting and taking care of myself first.
