Have you watched the new Cinderella movie on Amazon Prime? I just watched last night and I have mixed feelings about it. Cinderella is one of my favourite princesses and I've watched more Cinderella movies than I should (some reeeeaaaally bad) but this one I was specting so much more I think; some of the wardrobe was excelent, some was meh, specialy cuz it was kinda like a "fashion" movie; I liked most of the music but sometimes, specially at the end was to long (and I like musicals). Have you watched? What did you think?
Haz visto la nueva pelicula de Cenicienta en Amazon Prime? La vi anoche y tengo sentimientos encontrados. Cenicienta siempre ha sido una de mis princesas preferidas y he visto muchas peliculas de ella (algunas muuuuyy malas) pero esta siento que esperaba mas; en algunas partes el vestuario era excelente y en otras fue muy decepcionante, especialmente porque es como una pelicula de "moda"; me gusto la mayoria de la musica pero en algunas partes, sobretodo al final fue muu largo (y a mi me gustan los musicales). Ya la has visto? Que te parecio?

My #1 it's of course the wonderfull & legendary Grace Kelly who set the standard for royal weddings in her 1956 marriage to Prince Rainer III of Monaco. The dress was designed by Helen Rose of antique Belgian lace, silk, taffeta, and tulle, they re-embroidered the antique Brussels lace on her bodice to hide any seams and add hundreds of seed pearls by some 35 seamstresses in the MGM & came as a gift to their famous star.
The dress consisted of a bodice with an attached under-bodice and skirt support. There were two petticoats, one being an attached foundation. In addition to the skirt made of ivory faille (a type of taffeta), 100 yards of silk net also went into the gown. Instead of a tiara, she opted for a Juliet cap to hold her veil in place, that included more pearls and lace, as well as a wreath of paper orange blossoms. She wore a specially designed veil that kept her face as visible as possible & appliqué lace motifs around the edges included two tiny lovebirds.

En vez de una tiara, uso un tipo de corona de flores para sostener el velo, que incluía perlas, encaje, y flores de papel naranja. Uso un velo que permitía que se le viera la cara y llevaba apliques de encaje alrededor del borde incluyendo dos tortolitos.

My #5 is Kim Kardashian to Kanye West on May 24, 2014 at Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy; having the bachelorette and pre-wedding dinner in Paris, then on the day of the wedding the flew their guest to Florence.
The bride wore a dress by Riccardo Tisci for Givenchy, floor-length and a long train, long lace sleeves, a diamond-shaped cut-out bodice with a sheer lace back and a very, very big veil. She also wore ivory satin four-inch heels created for her by Giuseppe Zanotti. Her daughter of 11 months also wore a Givenchy dress and Kanye wore a tuxedo of the same brand.
The event cost around 12 million US$, including the 750$ a night hotel for guest, the 5,000$ cake and 136,000$ on wedding flowers.

La novia llevó un vestido diseñado por Riccardo Tisci para Givenchy, largo con cola, mangas largas con encaje, un cuerpo con corte de diamante y la espalda transparente, y un velo muy largo y grande. También llevó zapatos color marfil de 10cm por Giuseppe Zanotti. Su hija en ese entonces de 11 meces también usó un vestido de Givenchy y Kanye un esmoquin de la misma marca.
El evento costo alrededor de 12 millones de US$, incluyendo las habitaciones para invitado de 750$ la noche, la tarta de 5.000$ y los arreglos florales para la boda de 136.000$.
