Spain trip aka “Door Tour 2022” 😅

So far our favorite part of Spain has been walking around and just looking at the old, beautiful buildings (between stops for gelato of course). Wishing we could purchase and ship these beauties back to the US to use in a future property! Which one is your favorite?

We’ve been busy at the new with a lot of “not pretty” things, like demo and framing. And had some hits to the timeline - including weather & two subs getting you-know-what (thankfully full recovery though!)

But we’re finally at bathroom tiling! We’ll share more of the design plans soon, but this is the plan for bathroom floor and wall tile, from . We’re thinking lots of exposed brick, black, white, and wood - plus green of course - for this house.

We bought another house! 🥳🏠

was such a great learning experience, but it was so much work that we said we’d never do a project like that again. So..we bought the house next door 😂. In all seriousness, this 2 Unit has pretty solid bones and mechanicals - so we get to focus on mostly cosmetic updates this time. We’re so excited to document this journey!
