Let’s talk about: Oil 🥑

❌Refined oil = NO NO ❌

🤯That means avoiding vegetable oils like ➡️ soybean, safflower, corn, canola and sunflower oil 🤯

🫒 soooo, it’s time to CHANGE YOUR OIL🫒

We suggest incorporating omega 3 fatty acids into your diet aka buying:
1️⃣ Coconut oil
2️⃣ Olive oil
3️⃣Avocado oil
4️⃣Ghee
5️⃣ Nut oil
6️⃣ Fatty fish oil

💁🏽‍♀️Quick reminder: Don’t be afraid to cook with oils just make sure you know which one is best to cook with.
