AITESA is proud to support this project with the design, manufacturing and supply of a new generation HRSG, including upgraded recirculation pumps, redesigned inlet and outlet flue gas ducts, an improved cleaning ramp system, and the reinforcement of the boiler support structure.

Day 1 included site and equipment inspection, as well as the start of dismantling works for the existing boiler.

Another important milestone has been reached in this AITESA fired heater project for a client in the chemical industry.

After months of engineering, fabrication, inspections and coordination, the unit is now leaving the workshop and starting its journey to the customer site.

This shipment represents much more than the physical delivery of equipment. It is the result of careful planning, close follow up and strong coordination between all the teams involved, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

Seeing the unit ready for shipment is always a rewarding moment for our team that worked on it, but it also reflects the effort of many people working together with a common objective: delivering reliable equipment, built to meet demanding process conditions.

In an increasingly international industrial environment, language skills have gone from a nice to have to an absolute necessity. They enable our teams to communicate better with clients, suppliers and partners, take part in global projects with more confidence and avoid costly errors that can be “lost in translation”.

For this reason, for more than six years, we have been working with Crack Business English School to support our teams in improving their professional English skills and developing as more well rounded professionals.

Over this period, more than 50 of our colleagues have taken part in these courses, integrating language learning into their professional development as part of their day-to-day work.
