We have moved to Madrid, the new restaurant will open in May. We are looking forward to exploring the new territory, Hasta Pronto!

Today Prosper will present you a dish which should be pre-ordered: Tropical fried rice Thai stlye with fresh Pineapple.
We use fresh premium pineapple for this dish, the fresh pineapple is taken out to cook together with chicken, chopped onions,peppers and peas, with a little of our proper curry the rice get a special flavor, if you are a curry lover， I am sure that you can not resist the temptation of this rice. Please be aware, this rice should be pre-ordered at least one day before. But in our ordinary menu, we have normal tropical rice which is done with pineapple as well but without any curry.

Today we present a pork dish, which is a new dish of this year, Iberian pork loin with Kyoto sauce. As you know, in Prosper, we have more than 6 kinds of homemade sweet and sour sauce, all are sweet and sour flavor, but all taste different because of the different material which come from different vinegar or fruits or soy sauce from all over the world. With our preparation, the Iberian pork is tender than the usual one even without being tenderized. If you are a sweet and sour lover and you do not like meat in battered, this will be your dish!

Here we post the special fried noodles which come with some vegetables, chicken,beef and two red king prawns. Please understand we might not offer massive portion of food. We are trying to do quality and correct size of food. Please do not compare us with some of the Chinese restaurants which offer a lot of food but you can not taste the meat only thick batter. We are always trying to improve, but we are not perfect, sorry we can not do big, nice, cheap. All the preparation we do is invisible but inside the dish. If we continue with the current technique and cheap as others', we might not exist after one season...
